To Be Eligible For Employment:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Valid drivers license with proof of Automobile Insurance (full coverage) and Driving Record (with no major driving violations)

• Show proof of work authorization (for non-U.S. citizens) - completed Form I-9

• Have First Aid/CPR Certification (not required for chore works but preferred)

• Reference letters from at least 3 people who have known you for at least one year

• Proof of negative TB test and MMR Immunization

• One fingerprint card for Criminal Background Check and a fee of $79.25 (state and federal processing fees)
